Discipline Has Broken Down In Ghana - Kweku Sintim Misa

The host of the KSM Show, Kweku Sintim - Misa, reacting to the riot that broke off last weekend at the 20th edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) between Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy on stage as Stonebwoy was about to address his fans after receiving his Award as the Reggae Dancehall King of the year.

According to him, it’s very painful that Ghanaians have taken it like an isolated case because Stonebwoy pulled out a gun and that has been the topic everyone is talking about. He went on to say that, what happened at the event last weekend clearly is a reflection that the whole society discipline has broken down.

Speaking on Hello Fm Kokrokoo this morning with King Edward, he said that when discipline is broken in the society, everybody does what he or she wants and what happened last weekend was a symptom that discipline has broken down in Ghana. Left to him alone, the awards of the two artistes should be stripped off. Moving on, event’s organizers must learn from this and employ certain measures to check the reoccurrence of something like this in the future.
